Find a cozy spot and enjoy chatting with your personal stylist for your 75 minute Bridal Appointment. They’ll show you the collection, discuss faves and answer any questions.

Step Four

During your Virtual Bridal Appointment you can select your favourite dresses that can be added to your profile for a future in store appointment.

What exactly is a ‘Virtual Appointment’?

Since you can’t come to us, we’re bringing the appointment to YOU. A Virtual Appointment can be scheduled on our website; by phone, or by email with one of our stylists for bridal gowns or accessories. Click here to visit our Contact Page.

During your appointment your stylist will guide you through the collection; going over your favourites, relaying info, discussing fit ETC – all at no charge. During this consultation your stylist will add your favourite dresses or accessories to your profile to try on at a future date – making your shopping journey much easier when you’re ready to shop in store with us.

Who is a Virtual Appointment for?

Virtual Appointments are available for all brides regardless of your wedding date. It is highly recommended if your wedding date is fast approaching so you can make a prompt decision once you’re comfortable shopping in store with us.

Who will Virtual Appointments take place?

Virtual Appointments will take place during our regular business hours from Tuesday-Saturday.

We understand that this may not be the way you envisioned shopping for your dream dress, we get it! We love what we do and having brides in store is part of the experience we love.

But we will continue to show up for our brides and make this moment as magical as possible! You’re getting married, no matter how you find your dress – we think it’s cause for celebration!!
