COVID Policies

• We’re now booking Bridal, Styling and Pick-up Appointments (yay!) and we will continue to operate by appointment only
• Appointments will continue to be the same length (150 for Luxe Appointments, 75 for Standard Bridal Appointments, 45 minutes for Accessory Styling Appointments, 30 minutes for Pick-up Appointments) with time in between for proper sanitation
• As of now, appointments will be limited to Bride + 2 guests MAX. for standard appointments and Bride + 4 MAX for Luxe Appointments. We hope this number will allow bride's to bring their important most important people while still also maintaining a safe distance.
• If you’d like to have a virtual party with anybody who can’t be there – we’ll supply the Wifi, you supply the device
• We are recording contact information for all guests for the purpose of contact tracing
• Upon arrival all guests will be asked to use the sanitizer provided throughout the space or wash your hands
• If you or your guests are feeling unwell please do not visit, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment for another time
• Guests (who are eligible) joining us for a Luxe Bridal Appointment must show proof of vaccination upon arrival

Appointments - What's New:

• Your stylist will be wearing a face mask during the whole appointment
• All guests are required to wear a mask or face covering that should cover your nose, mouth and chin without gaping. If someone does not have a mask then disposable ones will be provided or reusable masks are available to purchase
• All guests joining us for a Luxe Appointment must wear their masks in common areas of the boutique, you may only remove your mask in your private fitting room
• Your stylist will be washing their hands before and after every appointment
• Upon arrival you will be asked to sanitize or wash your hands, we highly recommend singing the chorus of ‘Oops I did It Again’ while you do!
• Surfaces will be disinfected after each appointment
• We will not be accepting cash payments at this time; we do accept Visa, MasterCard and Visa Debit
• As much as we’re saddened by it, we will not be offering hugs or handshakes; but we do accept air high-fives any day!
• To keep the boutique clean we will continue to ask all guests to remove their shoes upon entering, so please feel free to bring your own slippers, socks or clean indoor shoes

We will continue to follow the recommendations of Government and Public Health Officials and will make changes as needed. The health and safety of our brides and our team is of the utmost importance.
