The Operations Intern plays a key role in keeping the behind-the-scenes magic at S+B running smoothly! From supporting our shared inboxes and assisting with client communication to receiving shipments, prepping orders, and maintaining our inventory, this role helps ensure the boutique operates efficiently each and every day. You’ll gain hands-on experience working directly with garments, supporting our Operations team, and keeping our spaces organized, functional, and ready for our brides.
This paid internship is designed as an immersive learning opportunity for anyone interested in bridal fashion, retail operations, or garment handling. You’ll see firsthand how a busy bridal boutique functions behind the scenes—supporting shipping and receiving, assisting with RA cases, learning to identify gowns and fabrication details, and helping maintain our stock and storage systems.
The ideal candidate for the Operations Intern role is detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
