The boutique assistant wears many hats in ensuring the S+B experience is top notch! From booking appointments, reviewing and replying to emails, answering the phone, following up with clients to being responsible for receiving product and quality checking. The boutique assistant is the first person our clients meet and speak to and you will be their first impression of S+B. You will be educating and empowering stylist and brides alike to have successful appointments. This role encompasses many of the operations at Sash + Bustle and assists in providing a smooth flow for appointments and productivity.
The ideal candidate for the boutique assistant role will take pride in having professional communication skills and are able to confidently handle customer service requests appropriately. They are a true self starter who is patient, organized and takes pride in being able to successfully multi task. You enjoy working for an independent business and have motivation to contribute and improve your work place.
