Pick the dress to fit you, not the venue – was the best piece of advice I received. While Dave and I had planned our outside wedding at Brooklands Farm, I had a vision of my wedding dress that did not necessary match a farm venue. I did not care, and neither did Sash + Bustle.

The talented Larissa, of My Bridal Alteration, tailored my dress to fit me like a glove. She also encouraged my further vision of adapting lace from my mom’s wedding dress to fit mine.
