“Our wedding day was the absolute perfect, adventurous, sunny day in the mountains of Golden, BC! First, we took a helicopter to the top of the mountain to get our couple photos taken, where it was a mix of sunny and moody weather, with my dress blowing in the wind, then we headed back down, and we were driven up to our ceremony site mid-mountain. Right as we pulled up to the site, the mountain’s resident grizzly bear, Boo, greeted us and wished us well (I assume this is what he was thinking) The clouds parted and we had a beautiful sunny ceremony. We took the chairlift back down and had so much fun at our reception with the best speeches from our loved ones. My dress fit perfectly and I felt so comfortable and beautiful in it all day. I got SO MANY complements on it – even from an ex-seamstress who told me “I don’t like most dresses – but yours is stunning” I had the best day and was so happy in my Dahlia dress.”
