Last week the S+B team took a bite out of the Big Apple at New York Bridal Fashion Week.
After nearly 2 years; we returned to NYBFW aka Bridal Market – and boy, did it feel good! Bridal Market is our opportunity to shop ’til we drop – meeting designers from every corner as they showcase their latest collections. And while there is no shortage of amazing gowns coming to S+B, there were definitely a few top trends that stood out. Take a look below and let us know what trend you’re excited to see at S+B in the near future.
Draping
This trend is an eleganza-extravaganza! Whether it’s over-the-top or sleek and refined; draped gowns add an element of refinement and class that we just couldn’t get enough of this season.
Dramatic Sleeves
How does the expression go? Go big or go home! Well, we think that should apply to your sleeves – the bigger the better. We are living for dramatic sleeves this season; off the shoulder, removable – we’re just obsessed.

Low Detailed Backs
Low backs….but add a little spice. The low back trend is getting a 2022 twist with a pop of detail. From an Ariana Grande approved cowl-back, to a touch of sheer, to a detailed criss-cross – it’s a trend that will have everyone saying ‘I hate to see you leave but I love to watch you walk away.’

3D Textures
One trend that isn’t going anywhere is 3D textures – and we’re not mad about it! Featuring the richest and most totally touchable laces and embellishments that make every gown feel oh-so luxe and romantic. You’ll be feelin’ yourself in this trend!

2 Pieces
2 is better than 1 – and that goes for bridal. We’re totally crushing on 2 piece bridal looks; this playful style adds a modern and fun feel to your bridal look. So whether it’s a masculine touch or a little midriff we’re head over heels for 2 pieces.
