“The wedding day was absolute perfection. It was supposed to rain but the sun came out that morning and from that point on we knew it was going to be magical. It took place at a Gaudi-designed castle in the hills of Barcelona, which was so romantic and beautiful. The Marion Aesling dress was the perfect dress and matched the venue so well, with the romantic bishop sleeves and the classic crisp white fitted silhouette. I had such a great experience at Sash and Bustle picking out the dress and as soon as I put Marion on, I knew it was the one. I also decided to add my own touch to the dress, and created beautiful silk organza bows that I added to the shoulders for the reception/party after I took the sleeves off, so it was really two looks in one that both represented me and our day perfectly. We had 100 guests travel to Barcelona to celebrate with us, and it sounds cliche, but it was truly the best day of our lives. The ceremony was so memorable and sweet, and then the dancing did not stop from dinner until the end of the night.”
