“Gosh it’s been a hot minute since I’ve reached out to all of you amazing humans. It’s officially been 8 days since my wedding, and I took some time to soak it all in, before reaching out. 

My husband and I got engaged in December 2019. February 8, 2020 I bought my dress from you, with the plan to get married August 2021. Covid unfortunately changed those plans and our days changed to July 16, 2022. 

It was the most magical day of my life. As a plus side woman I was so hesitant, so scared to go dress shopping and felt equally as nervous meeting the team. However the minute I was introduced to Veronica & Sarah my whole outlook changed. Those two girls are forever engraved in memories. Especially Veronica. She truly saw me that day. I fell in love with my dress from Studio Levana, and my mom & maid of honour liked other dresses more. But I truly think Veronica knew I loved that one, and she gave me the pep talk and confidence I needed to say yes to that dress. 

It was about a year later when I saw I wanted to make a few changes to my dress, and once again Veronica came in as my angel to help me her extra fabric from the designer to create mock sleeves and an added piece in the front of my dress.  

Without Veronica I would not have felt as beautiful as I did in my dress and more importantly on my wedding day. The way I felt that day I will never be able to put into words. It was on February 8th I saw myself for more than just a plus size woman, but someone who is worth way more.  

I will never be able to thank you all enough for what was instilled in me this day. Thank you for changing so much of who I was. Thank you for having the dress of my dreams, and helping me find the courage to say yes. You guys are so much more than just a bridal store, please know that. I am forever grateful to all of you.
