We often get asked how a pick-up appointment flows at S+B, so Here’s what to expect when you pick-up with us!

Welcome Back!

Just like your last visit, upon entering Sash + Bustle you will be greeted by a friendly member of the S+B team who will encourage you to kick off your shoes and get cozy while your stylist joins you. Masks are no longer mandated, so feel free to go with or without – this is a judgement free zone!

Your Dress Awaits

Once your stylist joins, they will lead you to your fitting room! (eek we wonder which room it will be today!)

Here your wedding dress will await you – hung in a garment bag and ready try on for the first time in months!!

Reunited

Reunited and it feels so good! Your stylist will get your dress unzipped and ready to put on; once you slip it on your stylist will zip you in and lead you to the pedestal to take it all in!

Expectations

Once you had a chance to feel all the feels from being in your dress again! We will walk you through what kinds of alterations you can expect; we’ll chat about how you’re feeling and what you want to to achieve so you feel ready for your first alterations appointment!

Care Tips

After you’re feeling good about fitting your dress, we’ll get you back into your street clothes so we can settle any final balance as well as run through some care tips.

No matter your wedding date, we’ll go over how to safely store your gown to keep it pristine. We’ll also walk you through how to transport your dress home and to your upcoming alteration appointments.

This isn’t goodbye, this is see ya later. Once your dress is packed up (complete with a list of our preferred alterations professionals) you’re on your way, dream dress in hand; and the countdown to the big day is officially on!
